Cultural analysis of the nuclear bomb is really overrated, but it's so important to the history of capitalism imo. ARPANET was funded by the US-DOD because of its potential to retain information if any individual node was nuked.

When I worked in a kitchen I would prepare hundreds of containers of soup a day, and I was told to always scoop up from the bottom to evenly distribute all the flavor. Industry secret i guess

Why does no one ever talk about Intelligence and Spirit by Reza Negaristani? Kinda seems like one of the strongest candidates for a post/acc framework of non-human intelligence, which seems especially useful since AI kinda real now. Is there a good takedown I haven't read?
