•Italian cream sodas with strawberry and rose syrups. •saw Rococo period drag king (type I'd want to be).

24yo bought tickets to see Romeo and Juliet by PNW Ballet as a gift for 12yo's birthday. I didn't think I was ever going to be a fan of this story, but now I am. From the fight in Act II, I was crying. I did not bring tissues. When will I learn to bring tissues?

I recently discovered Perdition was among the books used to train Meta AI. As an indie author who spends more on illustrators/editors per project than I earn, it's another slap in the face.

Over on FB, where my bestie used to follow me, I've been posting videos by other people because the world is in flames and the U.S. is in a fascist coup, and my disabled ass is resisting as much as I can by speaking firmly at politicians, writing smut, and snatching any scraps of joy where I can.

Since the 24yo had to work on their day off, I splurged and ordered butter chicken dosa, which came with sambar and two chutneys from K G F. I already had rice pudding at home, so avoided spending extra $ on carrot halwa or ras malai.

I now have a mug of slightly bitter cocao chai, a frother that is too enteraining, and trans zines to read between calls.
I also need more creamer, and this drink definitely doesn't need a full tablespoon of powder. 2 teaspoons was plenty.

The language of the bill and brochure seem innocuous until you read closely. This is a screenshot of a section of the brochure toward the end mentioning that these centers have a pro-life stance and will help women with spiritual services.
