2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Apple Brandy
¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz New Deal Cola Syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 lemon peel and cinnamon dust for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coup glass. Squeeze lemon peel over drink, dust with cinnamon. Cheers!

2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Rye Whiskey
¾ oz Cascadia Liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
honey
generous splash of New Deal Ginger Liqueur
1 cinnamon stick
1 clove-studded lemon slice
Combine ingredients in mug or snifter. Top with hot water and stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and clove-studded lemon slice.

2 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
sparkling wine float
1 lemon peel for garnish
Shake Spiced Pear Liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coup (or pour over ice) and top with a float of sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Maple Bourbon Sour

2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz maple syrup
1 orange peel for garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass that’s filled to the top with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
