As a California transplant temp. stuck in Fairhope, I can confirm. The cops in this town are this bored, this stupid, and this corrupt. In COVID a man "masked up," with a full KKK suit in a community so full of children that it had its own playplace. It made the papers but 3 cops didn't detain him.
