This was ome of the first games i brought for the PS1 (i was gifted the ps1 with the original resident evil from a friend).
When i bought it I thought it looked so weird, like a fake video game you'd find in a tv show

I think thats the thing with Robert Eggers though. His stories arent built on big scares or gore or "scary content".
Its the atmosphere and the vibes. the cinematography plays a big role in that. Theres A tension you can cut with a knife.
For me it really worked but i can see why it may be dull

I love seeing people make jokes and being so creative with the dumb mario jumping gif i made at 14. It warms my heart. This is great.

This is my my favourite run of FF books. The Jack and stan stuff from the 60s is brilliant but very hokey and not built for a binge, i love Byrne's run but its also John Byrne (and Byrne makes capital C Choices) Mark Waid is great but sometimes too "comics about comics" for its own good.

I describe listning to nevermind as like getting invited into a dingey basement/garage in the middle of autumn to jam out. smoking weed/cigarettes till the room is smokey and you exhaust yourself

The villain is "great" as a flat punchable generic bad guy but I think they're a bit of a cardboard cut out
The plot I find boring and for all that I have tried to pay attention the narative fails to grab me every time
This is probably one of my hottest gaming takes and At least multiplayer is fun

I can't stand Borderlands 2
As a First Person Shooter it fails to hit the mark for me because I find the guns feel weak and the enemies feel too spongy (bc of the RPG elements)
As an RPG, it doesn't give me enough choice, and I don't feel like I'm "playing a role"
I find the comedy pretty obnoxious
