In that case though the robot had a bag and the child’s friends delivered the robot and collected things for them. It was an act of love and connection.

I think my specific concern is some children with SEMH needs where those are seemingly caused by ACEs and some of those are ongoing.
Social care does not engage. So only school is left. If school then loses funding no one is left.

The issue with this for me is the assumption that parents want and are able to do the best for their children.
I think that’s likely true for 90%. So what happens to the 10%?

Also with schools chasing money to support needs, if parents were being funded would that chasing not increase?
