Employers have given positive feedback on our advice line, describing it as “excellent, compassionate and caring.” In 2024–25 we received 1,152 requests for advice, but only 60% needed a referral. 100% of employers who gave feedback said they’d call again.

We’ve launched a new Culture Maturity Model, showing how change is embedding beyond completed actions. 24 of 37 Independent Culture Review recommendations are already delivered.

We’re also strengthening capability with new training, self-harm awareness, and an expanded Safeguarding Champions network.

Our new Case Management System is on track, with key capabilities signed off. It will improve casework efficiency and strengthen how we support people.

We’ve also strengthened engagement with CNOs, CMOs, trade unions and education leaders, supported national work on maternity safety, and championed social care nursing.

We also shared learning internationally with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
