After sending them another email I believe their key word detector picked up "customers." Suddenly they responded quickly and issued a refund and a $50 gift card. I'm glad this is finally resolved. It's been a nightmare to go through, but I can breathe now.
Hey. I've contacted customer support multiple times and I have not gotten a response despite getting a ticket confirmation email. I backed y'all on kickstarter last year and I still haven't gotten my items. Please help me. I paid $160 CAD for clothing and I still don't have it.
