Thinking of doing a tech sabbath, like no tech except for listening to physical music (cds/vinyls/cassettes), and prioritizing being present for a full 24 hours.
It just sucks because it can’t be a weekday where I work, unless I take the day off. Might do that honestly 🤷

At work I’m probably writing 7K-10K words per day, so it can be hard to want to write for myself after that.
