I ended up doing exactly the same thing, then finally ditched Windows permanently. Dual boot had weaker FS encryption options, and Windows kept wanting me to sign up for a Live ID on every update. I eventually just dropped it. Some apps don't work, but none I care about.

I was shocked that the "testimony" began with rejection of swearing him in as requested by Ron Wyden and confirmation by Senator Crapo that he could simply lie with impunity. How is that testimony?!
