Well there you have it! All the retired single family home owners say they would never live in a high rise (or heard of elevators). So why build it for others?

Speaking of pepper spray, be sure to read up on what Humboldt County sheriffs once did in 1997 to peaceful protestors teens with tear gas. It actually shocked a jury.

And yet in the end, the protestors won $1.

Ask yourself, how is it fair that when children inherit a portfolio of real estate in California that they then have to pay property taxes on them like new people!

a real “home” in Charleston Meadows—a 75 year old decaying plywood box with no insulation that nonetheless is worth $2.6 million (paying $1800/year in property taxes)

I dunno. I think she's only doomed if CBS News is meant to be a profitable journalistic endeavor moving forward. If it is meant to be a propaganda outlet, sponsored by MyPillow etc, then Fox News etc shows there's a healthy market for this.
