Taking 3d Modeling Lessons
A side gig I was doing was working on creating a more standardized templates for Stage names on the menu. Work is still on going, but my goal is to keep all fonts similar and on the same height. With only a few squished results. Still working on finding a balance of readability and consistency.

🔉Indie Land is gonna be a new layout Ill be dedicating to indie stages for now on. The module is built over Phendrana's, so it includes everything Phendrana can have. From pinch states to a variety of SFX including ambient. An Ultrakill and Binding of Isaac versions are also in the works.

My char is Nezha, the prism head geomancer. Molds and controls his own his own body made out of clay, usually wears a long blue hoodie robe, but can wear other stuff. His default head color is blue, but changes with emotions. @sadpotato.bsky.social tag you're it!

Uploading builds in Archive.org that are mid development/not canceled is a really shitty thing to do. Every time this happens, thats 2gb of content could had been used for ACTUAL archival. They aren't a personal hosting site, they are a nonprofit. Youve been told not to do it, and you do it anyways.

(Sound Effects🔊) I decided to go back to that Faith stage I was working in a bit ago. Ported it over Phendrana (credit to Draco and Kap, and the rest of Stage Kitchen!), and while I did some cleanups there's still some stuff missing to be replaced. But so far has intro sfx, and pinch mode/sfx now!

Scrapped idea for Velvet room: Rotating BG. It was fully animated, sadly after like one min I was getting motion sick. Don't want people gettin sick from the stuff we put out there so thats a nono. Atleast this means I can optimize the off cam areas to free up space for better quality assets!

I still have a bunch of scripts when it comes to stage modding tutorials on hand. I kind of wanted to do one on AOmapping. But that's kind of complicated since I don't use Blender and I know Autodesk isn't as accessible. I do have an idea of making it a two parter, with and without modeling software

Both variants of Velvet rooms will include slightly different BG's to compensate. Some additional notes on the BG: its more optimized, has been slightly remodeled (including added vertex painting), now has beds and thanks to @sadpotato.bsky.social cognition skills in blender... Toilets!

Honestly my best brick textures yet! I can finally start editing/importing the rest of the background for both alts. Notes: The OG version (2nd image) doesn't have scene edits yet, hence the lack of vibrancy. Ill do a new main stage model for the OG version and the platforms for the ToT alt later.

This stage will get two variants, the OG one with updated materials, shaders, textures, Lights and Fogs and a Updated main stage model to look more fitting (keeping the same layout).
The other one is going to be Temple of Time P+, because I can.
