August let’s be clear they did not deny the subpoena. They denied the subpoena based on the fact that they wanted to do closed door testimony and Bill and Hillary want it to be in public. Hell Jim Jordan has denied his subpoena and he’s not even a former president.

The officer who removed his weapon had already turned around and taken a step before the first shot rang out. This was not an arrest. This was a murder, plain and simple if an LA or an NYPD officer did this they would be in handcuffs right now.
