Merch design I did for Return to the Unknown, a zine celebrating the 10th anniversary of Over the Garden Wall

Illustration based on the mini series Over the Garden Wall. it's divided in three panels. In the first one, the Woodman is cutting wood and looking at the forest. In the second panel, Wirt and Greg are standing in the middle of the forest, Greg is holding his frog in his arms. In the third panel, the Woodman's daughter is carrying a bucket to a water well. The border of the illustration is decorated, in the top is the Beast looking down and in the bottom is the lantern.

My illustration for Return to the Unknown, a zine celebrating the 10th anniversary of Over the Garden Wall.
My piece is based on my favourite episode 'Lullaby in Frogland'

Illustration inspired by old traveling posters from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The top of the image reads 'Sail on the Mc Laughlin Bros' with a steamboat below sailing on a river. Below reads 'Lullaby in Frogland'. There's a music band of frogs wearing red uniforms. Hidden beneath a cape there's Wirt and Greg from Over the Garden Wall. On the bottom there's an image of two frogs wearing early 20th century clothing looking at the river and next to it a frog dressed as a captain. The text reads 'Daily Sailings... 00.20'

Yeah! When I designed this character I had just finished reading the Three Musketeers and I found the cartoon while looking for adaptations. I wanted to make a character similar to the ones in the show but with clothes closer to the style of the 17th century
