Being broke has allowed me to prove to myself that I don't HAVE to spend a lot of money on a lot of things. It has taught me how to really budget and cut out certain things at least until the next paycheck.

I started playing the first Hollow Knight game and like... I really enjoy the platforming and boss battles but I swear I spend more time looking for the next objective than actually engaging in the fun bits of the game and as an adult with limited free time it's hurting my enjoyment of it lol
