I have what’s called (in winemaking) a “house palate” for Guittard despite the fact that I don’t work there/make that chocolate!

We have a local shop which sells lots of different products from all over the world; expensive, I haven’t tried most of them; I prefer plain
Yellow packages chocolate with a seal on the front Set of six colorful chocolate bars made in the Philippines Set of chocolate bars with colorful labels; middle one is a yellow-green dragon with red tongue out; chocolate with dragon has durian in it; others are “smoked” and contain beef (?!?!?!)
