I don’t know about you, but I feel like this dinner of fish curry with okra; salted cucumbers; basmati is extremely in line with what America is supposed to be. Happy Fourth, y’all!

Risotto al salto, burst tomatoes, kale, garlic
Couple different platings of asparagus risotto + poached egg. One with and one without kimchi furikake. Also some wine I bought on a whim. It was ok. Imperfect pairing, but them’s the breaks.

Squash blossom omelette. Didn’t want to flip so the shape’s a bit wonky. Still tastes good.
