On the anniversary of the attack on our nations capital, it belies reasoning that there was ever any disagreement about how egregious those actions were. Yet the Republican Congress brought Jack Smith in front of them attempting to portray him as a criminal. The R’s are severely broken.

Okay, so I have just watched 90 minutes of Jack Smith testifying. It’s so interesting to finally be able to form an impression of this mysterious character who we hoped would bring justice. He is incredibly impressive, truthful, ethical, and clearly a brilliant prosecutor. A true public servant.

We knew what he was even before the Access Hollywood tape. He was open about his exploits on Howard, Stern, and other shows for years. He spoke inappropriately about dating Ivanka. Multiple women have accused him of unwanted sexual acts. The president admitted being a predator in his own words.

Who would have thought that in America we would have an administration that is working night and day to take away the health benefits and food subsidies of fellow Americans. This is no longer just a Trump problem. Trump is asleep at the wheel. This entire administration is deeply rooted in hatred.

Hopefully the Democratic Party will embrace the blueprint that was set yesterday. When the party puts up younger, more vibrant candidates, young voters show up. Did you hear that Chuck Schumer?

Make no mistake: Trump and Trump‘s policies are the direct cause of yesterday‘s results. Yes the shutdown is a part of it, but these were huge wins. People are fed up on so many levels.

Wow. I just saw an interview with the mayor of Oklahoma City, who is a Republican regarding Snap benefits. He thinks there’s a time in place or discussion about who is qualified to receive such benefits, but it’s not in the middle of a government shut down. How reasonable and rational.

Imagine living in a country where the leader of the country has to be court ordered to release funds to feed its people during a government shutdown. You see how the word leader just simply does not fit here?
