I have a love-hate relationship with tagging things. One one hand I love to be tagged myself, but on the other hand unless I have a way to tag ALL my followers it feels exclusionary and I don't like it.

Would buy immediately.

Though I wonder if "One Step Beyond" is a Madness nod.

ALT: Beautiful painting of a plum tree in blossom, white blooms scattered all around twisting branches.

Tang Dynasty stuff makes my brain go offline I love it so much.

Among ancient Chinese literati, admiring plum blossoms was more than pastime. It was poetry in practice.
In Tang Dynasty #folklore, a tale from the Sui era captures this reverence. Zhao Shixiong, visiting Fuluo Mountain, dreamt of drinking wine with a graceful woman 1/2

Plot twist: my parents didn't hate my music. 😳
They did tell me to turn the volume down a little now and then tho.

I mean, it might not work for everyone. But since I started doing this eight months ago, I've seen a lot of improvement and figured I could share. I haven't found much else that helped me.

The Manuka honey is something I use topically on the area. I just use regular honey (wildflower, orange, whatever) with the Oolong.

And yes, I had been drinking green tea and not seeing any effect for about two years prior. Unfortunately. 😔

Then this might help you. Oolong is drying. I used to get those bubbles like you do but since I started drinking this they've stopped a lot. (And they are soooooo annoying!)

It might be psychologially calming I guess? Mostly it just keeps my skin calm and from doing unpleasant things.

Note: this doesn’t heal it entirely! But it helps more than anything else I’ve tried.

Drinking this tea every day, using plain old A&D ointment or anything with Manukau honey or colloidal oatmeal on the affected areas has been amazing.

Six years ago I started having trouble with weird patches that wouldn’t heal. In 2023 it escalated and went from annoying to nearly debilitating. Initially steroid creams helped but then became very problematic. So I’ve been hunting for different ways to elevate the problem.

More in the comments because it won’t fit into these post limits.

This, plus doing two other things, has nearly eliminated most of my problems.
The Arch-Emily's
eczema calming remedy tea.

Black Oolong tea.
(1 to 1.5 teaspoons or 1.5 to 2 grams) I use Vietnamese Mountain Oolong

Raw unfiltered honey.

Fill container with water. Place tea bag or steep bag or container inside. Seal container. Let stand for 12 to 24hrs. Remove tea bag/steeper.

Add honey to taste. SHAKE container until honey is dissolved. Store in refrigerator.

Drink 1/2 of the container (8oz 225ml) everyday.
