Don't generally like to dig out certain players, but if this is another languid, unimpactful performance from Bentancur, I don't want to see him starting when everyone's fit. Bissouma is inconsistent, but when he's on it he's twice the player Bentancur is. Hoping he'll prove me wrong though.

Difficult conversations need to be had about Son. I love him and what he's done for the club, but I fear if we continue to start him every game his legend status will be tarnished. Worst player on the pitch today, although there were a fair few contenders.

Our back 4 weren't the problem today. Romero and Van de Ven don't win us that game. The issue is consistently the lack of discipline in our midfield, and lack of invention in our attack.
