Apparently, his (and Trump’s) idea is that the Democrats should simply roll over and accept every word of the Republican plan…the plan which they refused to discuss at all with the Democrats. Trump even scheduled a meeting with Dem leadership to “discuss” it, then cancelled on them. Just bizarre.
