Oh, of course. Which makes this all even more absurd. But as there can be complications, and sometimes (30% for vas'es, IIRC) fertility doesn't return, essentially using the "informed consent" model is... FINE? But we ALL KNOW it's really just about controlling women. So all of this is moot anyway.

It's a fair question to ask... ONCE... And to insure that the person (man or woman) understands this is permanent. But TAKE "NO" OR "I UNDERSTAND" FOR AN ANSWER AND MOVE ON!
