At the end of a grade 1 session at wrestling school you’ve got to do a full sequence or a few minutes of technical stuff in the ring. Last night a trainee put their hands in their pockets then wrestled sloth style with lazy little kicks, utterly confounding their opponent. Very delightful! #aew

Since wrestling, my wife and I do gymnastics Mondays, grade one wrestling Tuesdays and Saturdays, technical wrestling Wednesdays, plus two gym trips. It’s exhausting. What is my life now? I’m a lazy man who drinks beer in his pants whilst playing video games. This isn’t natural. #prowrestling

Today the Mrs and I drilled top wristlock takeovers, arm drags, and the Japanese stranglehold into bridge reversals, then a backstabber style lift, & one where you balance them on your feet kick them upwards & spin them into a hold with your legs. Wish I knew these moves are called. #prowrestling

Did a classic clothesline, back elbow, gut kick into a suplex sequence with the wife this evening at wrestling school. Got to cut a promo on her at the end of the evening too #prowrestling

Off to build a wrestling ring, then then be a 'red shirt' a security guard who gets duffed up by all the wrestlers throughout the show, it's just being a runner and a dogs body all day but being part of the show still feels magical #prowrestling
