At the very least you could move it to Vegas. Or give some incentive to actually buy the expo passes. I was extremely disappointed by the fact that almost every talk worth attending required the all access pass.

So since Musk is a dumbass that doesn't understand how databases work, I'd highly recommend everyone make an account at ssa.gov and download a copy of your social security statement. I'd also recommend making an account on IRS.gov and download a copy of all your tax statements for the same reason.
