Been active on LinkedIn because of my new job scope, and it’s really not fun to be on social media when it is because of your work. I have to consider when I post my content to get the most value out of it and stuff, but I guess at least it’s still mostly text based so I’m not complaining.

In Indonesia, they’re intending to charge the leader of the protests these few days with incitement. The government has just wasted a good opportunity to show that they are keen to hear the public out and make sound policies to correct years of wrongdoings. I foresee another demonstration coming up.

As much as I would like to support reduction in carbon emissions in Singapore, we also need to realise why there are so much taxes being imposed on cars and why these taxes aren’t subsidised even if we buy an EV, because those taxes aren’t meant to drop carbon emission, it’s to drop congestion.

In a country where corruption is supposedly HEAVILY frowned upon, fining S$30K on a multi millionaire just makes us all question the seriousness of the issue. Understood for judicial mercy to not imprison him for his age, but that amount is really pennies for the amount of benefits he reaped!!!!!

I didn’t know blowing your blocked nose too hard could cause your ears to get blocked resulting in temporary vertigo until your ears suddenly go pop and you regain balance again, until few minutes ago when I almost fell off my bed while putting my kids to sleep

I’ve always known how valuable WhatsApp is, but only today did I really realise why they are being bought for a billion despite not making any money and just kept burning. It is really one of the most common messaging tool in SEA, it’s crazy how handicapped I’m feeling right now on the work front.

Feeling a wee bit defeated today, have sent out at least 200 curated messages to sell a new AI plugin that allows businesses to automate their order taking and other customer support functions less the relationship building segment, can’t seem to secure a meeting. Shall try again tomorrow.

People think telehealth industry focuses on convenience, which was true during COVID where people were afraid to go out, or expose themselves to high risk areas like hospitals & clinics. But I believe the real money comes when it focuses on discreet treatments e.g., erectile dysfunctions and such.

My Switch 2 battery life cannot last me for the entire flight journey from Singapore to Jakarta which is 2 hours thereabouts, now when can I play it then 🙂

There should really be more penalties for flight delays, most laws have requirements for airlines to compensate if it’s delayed >4 hours, but those 2-3 hours ones still cause as much aggravation. 1 out of 2 flights I took the past few weeks were delayed. They’re getting complacent.
