Feels like the Godzilla equivalent of a DC Elseworlds story
February 6, 2026 at 6:38 AM
Saw it recently for the first time and that kind of out-there supernatural aspect makes it one of my favorites of the series.

Oh thank god. Still utter trash though.

Even trying to read this slop is making me have a stroke

Please tell me this isn’t officially released.

Boyd Holbrook as Colonel Sanders would be A+ casting.

*usurper to Kylo I should say
January 30, 2026 at 4:59 AM
That was one of the biggest disappointments of the whole thing for me, especially since the last two movies spent so long establishing him as a potential usurper for Kylo. But no, guess we have to put him in an underdeveloped spy plotline and and have Mr new bad guy kill him off unceremoniously 😒

Jesus Christ, Darren. You made Requiem for a dream and Black Swan. You don’t have to do this.

This seems like a parody or satire. But somehow it’s real. What a timeline we live in.

Hope you’re right. I wanna see what Raimi’s take on Ghost Rider would look like.

I really feel for you having to deal with this unhinged lunatic for so many years. Who has that much time on their hands to get so mad over Star Wars of all things?
January 27, 2026 at 7:42 AM
Potter, though, the school stuff was such an essential part of the story and the characters’ lives that it doesn’t work without it and that’s why it’s a problem to try to expand beyond that.
January 27, 2026 at 2:20 AM
I feel like X-Men has done this right though. It was able to keep up with the times and people still like it because (at least in the comics and some of the cartoons) it evolved beyond the school setting into being more about the “found family against the world” aspect.

My home state and somehow I went my whole life without knowing this.
January 26, 2026 at 4:40 AM
I have too. Who is it?
January 24, 2026 at 10:11 PM
Your game overthinker video calling them out for the whole Oliver North thing is still one of my favorites from you. Summed it up better than almost anyone else.
January 24, 2026 at 7:33 PM
Can’t wait for the professional box office analysts of the web to tell us this means the movie actually sucks. 😒

The Long Walk was such a surprise for me. I was honestly shocked by how good it was. Best dystopia movie I’ve seen in a hot minute.

People saw one video essay about “member berries” and now think any fan service of any kind is automatically a negative. No critical thought at all, I swear.

Even as somebody who likes (maybe even would go as far as loves in a few cases) the Clone Wars show, I do get where he’s coming from in that intro and why some people who dislike the prequels still don’t vibe with it no matter how good it is. Don’t agree necessarily but I do understand.

The Big Lebowski might legit be one of the best movies ever made. It’s so absurd in such a specific way and that just does it for me.

It’s a very interesting experiment in what happens when someone has absolutely zero creative oversight of any kind and $200 million dollars at his disposable. It’s kind of perversely fascinating in that way.

I’m to the point where I’m actively blocking people now. 5 years of this is long enough.
