Read all of The Moon is Following Us last night and had a great time. Basically blasted through it without even meaning to. Amazing artwork showcase for both Daniel Warren Johnson and Riley Rossmo, and the usual big sincere emotions you expect from Johnson's work. Fun premise, beautifully executed.

Been festively reading Monstress by Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda. Maybe an odd choice for the season (lot of war crime chat), but great book.
Loads of depth and nuance in character and worldbuilding, and the art is gorgeous. Liking it a lot, even though I'm not always into harder fantasy.

Festively watched the entire Princess Switch saga, about a group of Vanessas Hudgens who keep pretending to be each other. One of them is a Queen, so it's probably treason.

Saw Wake Up Dead Man at the cinema and enjoyed its weird tonal blend of arch satire and sincere gothic religious musings.
As ever, others may say "tonal mismatch", I just want them to jar me more. Daniel Craig does the voice again. Would recommend.
