I recall being taken aback, walking into Leicester Square aged 16 and seeing my name up in lights for Lady Chatterley’s Lover.

Were the CPS correct to abandon their authorised charge on 22/5? If the 6-month limit does not include the day of the alleged offence - Verderers of the New Forest v Young [2004] EWHC 2954 (Admin) - then was that not arguably in time? Or was that charge flawed in some other way?
