Offaly good!
Made pasta with offal last week, with pig’s heart, lamb’s kidney & chicken livers - a little pancetta, sofrito, red wile & tomato too.
I know offal isn’t very popular in England - well southern England at least - perhaps due to my Italian (and maybe Yorkshire) heritage, I love it.

Offaly good!

At QPR today - with Gianluca (grandson of my good friend & former owner / chairman Gianni Paladini) who I haven’t seen since he was about 8 many years ago - and who is now working in football. Great to catch up! Now hoping for 3 points to make my day! #qpr
