Biden saw the dangers of biased AI systems, so he introduced safeguards. But Trump saw the potential of “politically correct” AI in moulding thought & culture to please MAGA, Heritage & the US ‘Technoplutocrats’, so he cancelled Biden’s safeguards as quickly as he could!

"I get all the news I need in the weather report"

A Trump spokesman has announced that the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) is a major sources of "climate alarmism" and so will be closed down.

Climate is to be cancelled and replaced by good, old American weather to avoid such alarm.

President Trump has shown, again and again, he can’t be trusted as a reliable ally.

The Prime Minister needs to stop hoping for the best and start dealing with reality.

The long‑delayed Violence Against Women & Girls Strategy is finally here – it shouldn’t have taken this long.

Tackling misogyny among young boys through early intervention & education in schools is a very welcome step.

Now we need to see real action taken and change delivered, not just words.
Violence against women and girls strategy: Boys to be sent on courses to tackle misogyny in schools
The measure is part of the government's strategy to tackle violence against women and girls in England.

Six years after it was ripped away, Erasmus is coming back, and it did not happen by accident. Sustained campaigning and relentless pressure forced this back onto the agenda. Young people finally get their opportunities back.

73% of rape survivors say police treatment worsened their mental health. That is a disgrace.

I asked Justice Secretary David Lammy what improvements will be made to how police treat rape survivors?

He gave no clear answer. I will keep pushing until police treat every survivor with dignity & care.

Thanks for pressing for this, Ed.
Thanks to Keir Starmer for going ahead with it.
I'm glad Keir Starmer has listened to our calls for this inquiry following the Reform Russian bribery scandal.

Nigel Farage should be the first to give evidence.
🚨 BREAKING: Keir Starmer has launched a formal investigation into foreign election interference

It comes after former Reform UK Welsh Leader Nathan Gill was sentenced to over 10 years in prison last month for making pro-Russia statements for bribes

Ecellent. Well done Starmer.... at last.
Starmer has launched a formal investigation into foreign election interference, The Times reports. It follows Reform’s Nathan Gill’s conviction for taking bribes from Russia.

The inquiry will be led by top civil servant Philip Rycroft who has been given licence to "go wherever he wants to go".

I agree with Adam.
Again these people aren't patriots.

They hate our country and are allied to others who hate it too.

Nothing will ever be achieved by seeking to appease them

Delighted that BBC seems to be intent on fighting Trump's malicious SLAPP. T claims that quoting 2 separate statements of his in the same paragraph is defamatory. In his hour-long speech the 2 statements were separated by 40 mins but BBC quoted them in consecutive sentences.
Can this be defamation?

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

Remember: The oligarchs who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us so they can become more powerful.

They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see where all the wealth and power have gone.

Don't fall for it.

Those tree hugging hippies in Hungary now lead the world in the share of electricity generated from solar with almost 25% of their electricity coming from solar in 2024.

A remarkable leap from just 7% five years ago.
