Pre rugby pasta lunch. Mussels with chilli, garlic, white wine. Mushrooms cooked down with homemade pesto.

Risotto ai funghi for lunch today. 🇮🇹I find it very cathartic to give this time; gradually adding the stock & stirring. I really need to get out more!
