People who can't code and their trying to build non-trivial new applications just don't know what they don't know yet. I've been programming for 20 years and I don't have the energy to stop them from running headfirst into this brick wall. I'm glad you do.

ICE agents don't even have the authority to enforce local law so it was an illegal request for her to stop AND to open her door. None of it was legal.

So if he could move aside and not get hit why was killing the driver necessary? Even if you're standing in the middle of the road and a car is barreling down the road at you why would you shoot the driver? It's not going to stop the car? He shot her maliciously without necessity.

It is 100% what the video shows and shooting the driver of a moving vehicle would not stop it within 4 feet. It's going to have chaotic consequences so killing the driver of a moving car is not a valid argument for self defense. If he thought his life was in danger he would get out of the way.

Even claiming self defense makes no sense. If you think the car is going to hit you then you move out of the way. Killing the driver of a moving car does not stop it within 4 feet. You have no idea what killing the driver of a moving car is going to do. Moving is the only rational choice.

Exactly. Bullets do not freeze a car in place. So shooting the driver of a car makes no sense for self defense. What would he expect would happen, the car to float up into the air?

He was in no danger whatsoever. She was completely clear of him when he started shooting AND shooting the driver of a car would NOT stop the car anyway. That is not a valid reason to shoot at the driver of a car unless you want it to stop a hundred feet away. Bullets would not stop it.

Shooting the driver of a car in "self defense" makes no sense. It wouldn't stop the car especially if you're that close. The bullets would not magically freeze the car in place so how is that an excuse?

Have you tried anything else?
