I think the DOACs switching highlights this challenge well.
After switching numerous patients from apixaban to edoxaban, apixaban later became cheaper.
No plans to switch everyone back but was the original switching work worth it in terms of 💷 saved?

I think that some use email as "evidence", hence why they cc others in.
When you try to email someone with an out of office on, in the first instance Outlook does flag this. Maybe this should prompt the sender to re-think whether this (and their next 20 emails are necessary)

I've always enjoyed my trips there but have no desire to go back whilst Trump was in charge.
In 2010, missed a connection in Washington despite having around two hours to get through immigration - Homeland Security are a shambles, half the desks were shut!

My understanding from the roadshow event is that this will be up for discussion once / if the majority vote yes to Royal College.
The choice of Royal College of Pharmacy vs Royal College of Pharmacists is also an area that hasn't been given enough attention for debate in my humble opinion.

Think this reflects how we like to standardise everything.
As you've alluded to, some LTCs may require no (Coeliac disease) or only one medicine (hypothyroidism) whereas others may start with four or five meds (heart failure, post-MI).
