I think he can be creative as a play caller. That said, I think that’s where it ends. I’m not sure how he conducts practice and weekly preparation but in game, his “whole-team” leadership appears to suck. He’s also loyal to a fault as far as his staff is concerned. We’ve seen his ceiling.
