🚨 Breaking: TV Pirveli investigative journalist Maka Chikhladze and her crew were attacked a few moments ago by unidentified masked men. The attack occurred after TV Pirveli aired Chikhladze’s investigation on the Special Task Force.

Sandro Bukia is now free, but according to his uncle, he was severely beaten. His uncle also said that Sandro and his mother were not attending the protest. They work nearby and the young man was abducted by the police while on their way home from work.

Video of prominent opposition leader Nika Gvaramia, who was previously imprisoned on what were widely thought bogus charges, being violently detained in Tbilisi this afternoon. Local reports suggest he was unconscious by the time police got him to the car.
