The ANES project provides these tools as a resource for political observers, students, teachers, social scientists, journalists, policymakers, and the general public. We're glad to have been able to update these interactive tools with new data ahead of the new academic semester.

3. The third, the ANES Continuity Guide, offers a comprehensive list of ANES questions, organized thematically. For each question, the tool displays every year in which the question appeared in the Time Series, beginning in 1952.

2. The second, the ANES Question Search tool, allows users to enter searches for survey questions that have appeared in ANES Time Series Studies. Search results display questions by year, along with any associated question text and (where available) codebook records.

These web-based, dynamic applications can be accessed via the Data Tools section of the ANES website.

1. The first tool is the ANES Guide to Public Opinion and Electoral Behavior, with >200 graphs displaying the ebbs and flows of public opinion, electoral behavior, and choice in American politics.

Much more ANES data to come. We are most excited about the 3-wave panel with nearly 2000 completed interviews of the same respondents in 2016, 2020, and 2024. This will be coming in a few months. Very grateful to the ANES staff, Board, and of course the National Science Foundation.

Quit the bird site after what's his name took over. My friend Rob Mickey told me this was a good place to read about political science things. Saw a bunch of friends here so. . . Hope springs eternal!
