It's funny, Part 1 is more of a giallo/thriller/slasher, Part 2 is straight up nuts. It's also got maybe the best and longest burn stunt of all time? It's great lol

This GER UHD is a very mediocre upscale, seemingly DNR'd to death or run through Topaz or both- think Cameron's T2.
The resolution boost is nice, and the HDR is neat, but this looks worse than the Blu-ray from Synapse.

It's a damn shame that the only easily accessible English dub of Kiki for most is the 2010 Disney revision. The dub itself is wonderful- as usual for Ghibli stuff- but the audio mix is garbage and has some truly bad audio distortion. Yuck!

Nope, this one is more or less a simple DVD upscale and it's better than the DVD but not much. You are in luck though, because Synapse/Red Shirt have the rights and are putting out UHDs for this one and #3
