Just finished (finally - sorry about the delay, last week was a bit hectic!)! I only iced the top, not the sides, but it still looks lovely. And oh my, it simply tastes and smells of Christmas!! This is such a wonderful recipe, Nigella, unbelievably delicious, and so pleasingly easy to make. 10/10❤️

@nigella.bsky.social It’s been too long since I made this magnificent lasagne…and tbh I’d forgotten just how long it takes (just half an hour resting time to go🎉)!! Thankfully, I haven’t forgotten how worthwhile it is! Also made your new Christmas loaf cake, but can’t show you until it’s decorated!❤️

@nigella.bsky.social It’s my dad’s birthday tomorrow, Nigella, so I made your gorgeous bara brith for him, as he is more appreciative of food than presents. This is one of my fave recipes, as the brief prep is done the night before, making it quick and simple. Minimal effort for a great result!❤️

@nigella.bsky.social I made your gorgeous honey, date and apple cake…again! I absolutely adore this recipe, but as I’m making one for friends with dietary restrictions, I made it using buckwheat flour to make it gluten free, and it worked gloriously well❤️
