Looking at SARS-CoV-2 genome data, we found very strange patterns of recurrent complex mutations. We ruled out artefacts, and finally found a plausible biological mechanism (recurrent failed template switches) explain them. The manuscript is now out in MBE track.smtpsendmail.com/9032119/c?p=...
