Thanks to people not voting in 2016, the SCOTUS has a 6-3 conservative majority when an HRC win would've given it a liberal majority that wouldn't even hear a case like this.
The GOP are already at an advantage with the electoral college & this would give them an advantage with every branch.

The only way good legislation gets passed is if Democrats have a trifecta, especially now that the GOP's so far to the right & hateful that a GOP POTUS would gladly veto a bill like the ADA.
It's hard enough for Democrats to win a slim Senate majority & this would guarantee the GOP a House majority.

During the 1st 100 days of the Rwandan genocide, 750,000 were killed & millions during the Holocaust.
Hamas losing the war they started isn't genocide.
