Is wanting to lay in bed marathoning all the Final Destination movies while eating a family size of Stouffer’s mac and cheese a sign of depression? Just wondering….

I’m trying but I’m tired. I cry a lot a night and spend my days educating myself.
I just don’t think I can do this for 4 years if I can even handle the last few weeks.

It’s been a really difficult few days. Lots of crying and generally not feeling like myself, but seeing everyone post pictures of their cats has made things a little better. I don’t have a cat but this is my puppy and I hope she brings you joy too
