Me, looking for all of the spare time I have because a v serious "recent retired art professor" gave me the unsolicited suggestion to dedicate more time and detail to a hobby I do in order to unwind on a Sunday night:

And I hope not. I prefer to hone my own style. I feel like art would be super boring if everyone did the exact same thing all of the time. But I do love Impressionism and post-Impressionism, and those styles heavily influence and inspire me when I paint.
