Definitely. It's so easy to get sucked back in. All that noise clutters our brain.

It is difficult. It goes against the way we've viewed reality for centuries. I still have to constantly check myself.

But being able to suspend belief and reject dogma is what keeps you grounded when dealing with the phenomenon. It is imperative.
