I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US. Totally embarrassing.

#OTD in 1922, HMS Victory fired her final salute afloat before entering permanent dry dock at Portsmouth. The Royal Navy had considered scrapping Nelson's flagship in 1903 but King Edward VII intervened to save her. Today, Victory is the oldest commissioned warship in the world.

She was shadowed by Danish navy for a while during night and is now in Danish Straits leaving Baltics.
