Lyme, ME/CFS, endometriosis, long COVID, coeliac disease, adenomyosis, fibromyalgia & all the other conditions where there's actually nothing wrong with us, but we just enjoy pretending to be ill. For fuck's sake. It's like we've regressed to the 1960s when my mum was accused of being a malingerer.

This #overdiagnosis discourse is dangerous and will be deadly to many - not just those with ME who have been at the mercy of quacks like Wesseley and O'Sullivan for years -
but everyone who the govt wishes to remove support from and has to find a way to claim are not actually disabled to do so.

I love my family and my home, but it's not until I take a bit of time away on my own to write and eat Egremont Russet apples that I realise how much the constant noise of people, cars, trains and planes overstimulates and stresses me. The tight knots inside me begin to loosen in natural soundscapes.
