Nidal.substack.com light therapy (it actually works!), molecular hydrogen therapy, negative ion therapy, air cleaning and vocs. Provides solutions that’s affordable and accessible to all 8 billion humans. No exceptions.
Don’t ever openly taunt the universe that you will clean the air.

The more you study this topic, the more you realize doing any other impossible task seems incredibly reasonable all of a sudden.

But taunting the universe has its advantages. Funny. It’s funny, that’s the advantage.

A study once showed when we removed a pollutant from the air, air quality actually got worse. Turns out that pollutant was a net positive because it was removing an even more toxic air pollutant.

Funny how often we hear the phrase, “forever chemicals”. I like to use the phrase, “forever chemical reactions”. I’m trying to popularize that one myself.

Forgot to mention cleaning sprays.

What’s the point of using a cleaning spray if it emits toxic volatile organic compounds and ozone into the home?

Kill bacteria on the surface just to inhale the carcinogen formaldehyde? Does that make any sense?

Rehaling our own body emitted vocs (byproducts of cellular metabolism) is often more toxic than the vocs emitted from artificial materials.

I shouldn’t say “worse off for your lungs” because we over romanticize the lungs when it comes to air quality.

Your entire body breathes. Gas molecules like ozone and particulates can travel to anywhere inside your body. Air pollution does not just harm your lungs.

Then people will also say, “go outside/touch grass”, which is earthing/grounding. The people who say that, do not know anything about earthing/grounding at all.

It’s just funny how everyone says go outside as if that’s the solution in life for everything.

Taken in July afternoon. Slightly earlier or later that same day, the amount of total energy from light was drastically different. Nevermind in the winter, drops even far more. Never-never mind when light is at its most highest measured amount, more ozone in the air/worse off for your lungs.
