Ops and I also forgot the most important thing, ivies are perennials! It is weird being sarmentose and producing aventitious roots... good luck with the identification and sorry I cannot suggest any ideas

Looks weird for an ivy. Hedera species aren't that hairy. Are the hairs multicellular with multiple rays, in the picture they look simple (but I can't see it clearly). Also adventitious roots are bit different and branches aren't sarmentose-like. I don't know what is it, but looks weird for an ivy
