I'm not sure that signing a midfielder will change the whole dynamics of this team. We will always be overloaded in midfield and other managers have already figured it out.

I just came across a tweet that sums up what I’ve been trying to say. While I agree with his point, he needs to focus on buying himself time and finding a way to navigate this season with the resources he has. More importantly, he needs to earn the players' trust, and such statements won't help.
