(4) I don't have to try fix everything. I know I'm very privileged since I can do this, taking a break. But I think that if I keep doing this I will break for good. I'll still share info etc. but I have to stop trying to reason with certain type of people in comment sections etc. y__y

(3) - and obviously some people and actions I can never understand and it's a good thing. BUT STILL my brain won't stop and I've to talk and try to reason with these people and it makes me even more distressed and ajsdbbjdasbd. I really need to step back next year and learn better to let go.

(2) My brain has a rigid moral compass and injustice makes me very distressed and because of everything going on I feel like I'll explode. And my brain also has this stupid thing that I need to understand WHY some people would do the things they do or think the way they do -
