I understood lol I am just catching up with stage two and got to your shades discussion I have just had a pair of Addias band framed glasses converted into my cycling ones with reaction lenses so I don’t have to keep taking them off when cloudy 👍🏻

I can fully understand that I just got a 2013 Trek Crossrip CX last week as now being told there’s nothing more medically that can be done for my shoulder which turned out had torn the tendons to the rotator cuff. I’m now changing it from a 3x 8 to a 2x10 setup.

I’m on both but much better over here I did see one for MartyMacTV on X but when searching came up with nothing but I did find his Insta as it had a clip of him and Dani Christmas 👍🏻

Hiya Jez yeah just before Lockdown I was diagnosed as being both Autistic and having ADHD I always knew I was different but it’s my superpower as the hyper focus helps with on the bike training.
